Account

  • In accordance with the Terms of Service, Fab requires people using the service to be 14 years old to sign up. In any case, Fab may not be used in any jurisdiction where such a type of service is prohibited.

  • If you can’t find a verification email in your inbox, please check whether you entered your email address correctly or your emails are in spam and promotion folders. If you still haven’t received the email after checking your spam folder, please contact support@myfab.tv.

  • If you forget your password, tap the ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen to change your password. You can reset it using the email you registered. You can only request a password reset for the account associated with the email.

  • You can change your profile image and name from [MY PAGE], clicking the profile image.

  • You can find your name from the star's messages & replies. Once you reply to the star, Your name isn't visible to other fans but the star. Keep in mind that if you set your name, you can’t use inappropriate words.

  • You can create a nickname for the star you subscribe to. To change star’s nickname, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS or Star’s profile and tap [More(∙∙∙) button > ‘Change Nickname' ]

  • If you want to update your birthday, you can edit or add your birthday from [MY PAGE > Edit Profile] by tapping the profile image. Keep in mind, you can change your birthday once a year.

  • If you want to change the email you registered, you can update your email information via [MY PAGE > Change Email]. You can only change the email address for the account associated with the email.

  • If you’re able to log into your account and know your current password, you can change it from [MY PAGE > Change Password].

  • You can choose to get push notifications when you get a new message, replies, or likes. You can turn it on or off from [MY PAGE> Push Notifications] or from the system settings of your device.

  • If you want to delete your Fab account, Go to [MY PAGE > Edit Profile > Delete Account].

    When you delete your account, your information including all purchases, saved messages, subscriptions will be permanently deleted. You won’t be able to retrieve anything. All points are non-refundable. Keep in mind that you will not be able to sign up again within 7days.

  • You can sign up again with the same account after 7days from the day of account deletion. Keep in mind that if you sign up again with the same account, you may not get welcome points.

Message

  • You can find stars and groups lists on Discover. If a star has sent a message, you can get messages of stars you subscribe to on Fab. Points are required to see the message.

  • Star Message is from a solo artist or member of a group. Star points are needed to open the star messages. Group Message is from the group or official account of a solo artist. You can open it for free.

  • To continue to see the messages from the star, Tap the save button in the top right of the star’s message.

  • After opening a message, you can like or reply to stars from the ‘Likes’ or ‘Replies’ button in the bottom right of the star's message. Your reply will have a comment, your name, and your profile picture.

    Keep in mind that the following are not allowed when you reply to the star: - Hate speech or symbols - Sexual expressions - Spam - Harassment - False information about the star or a 3rd party - Reply that makes stars feel unpleasant - Impersonate others - Unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent

    If you violate the above, you may be subject to civil or criminal charges under relevant laws and regulations.

  • If you have replied, the star can receive it right away.

  • Fab stars can reply to individuals or all fans depending on the star’s choice.

  • If you can’t hear the sound from the video message, please check if the volume of the device is on mute or if there are no sounds from other apps as well. If there is a mute mark at the top of the message, it is a video message with no original sound. If the problem persists, please contact support@myfab.tv.

  • You can’t get messages from the star you’re not subscribing to.

  • When the star you subscribe to has sent a message, new messages appear in a row at the top of the Home. You can open it using star points. If you haven’t received messages, please check if you’re subscribing to the star or if you don’t have enough star points to open messages. Please check if your mobile phone’s network or Wi-Fi has been connected.

  • You can view the saved messages in ‘Saved’ before canceling your subscription. But if you haven’t saved messages while you’re subscribing, you need to subscribe to see messages you have already opened.

  • All contents (including texts, photos, videos, etc.) posted by the stars on Fab have an exclusive copyright and proprietary ownership. These contents are only available within Fab, and you shall not share Fab contents without written consent. If you violate the above, you may be subject to civil or criminal charges under relevant laws and regulations.

Payment

  • ‘Star Point’ is the in-app currency of Fab. You can open the star's messages and reply to the star by using Star Points. Star Points can be purchased by going to the [STAR POINT] or earned for free by watching AD.

  • If you’re having trouble purchasing Star Points, please restart your device and open the Fab app again. If the instructions above do not work, please contact support@myfab.tv with the following information:

    - Email address that you registered - OS Version - Store receipt including the order number * All receipts must be attached for each payment. * If don't receive a receipt from Google Play(This receipt must include an order number starting with GPA.), you can find it on https://pay.google.com -Usage details from [STAR POINT- My Points]

  • Payments made within the Fab are handled by stores(Google or Apple).

    For Android users, according to Google Policy, we do not have permission to cancel or refund an order. You should contact Google Play for refunds or questions about in-app purchases.

    For iOS users, according to Apple Policy, we do not have permission to cancel or refund an order. You should contact Apple Support for refunds or questions about in-app purchases.

  • Fab charges in the currency of the country your device is set to. Price will be charged based on the price exposed on the Fab, the VAT could be charged by each country. If you have a refund inquiry, you could contact Store support centers.

Troubleshooting

  • If you are having errors while using Fab, please open the Fab app again and please check you are using the latest version.

Others

  • We currently provide support for Korean, English, and Japanese. To change the language you use in the Fab, you’ll need to update your device language settings.

    Messages and replies from stars are displayed in the language written by stars. Please understand that we are not providing a translation service at the moment.

  • The Fab app version shows up at the bottom of ABOUT Fab of [MY PAGE]. It helps us a lot to assist you with the inquiry you send through support@myfab.tv if you let us know your Fab app version.
